Cleaning fanatic Benito has exacting standards in and out of the kitchen. Will he be able to deliver a five star feast for these critical cooks?

Spanish born, Benito Gundin, runs five star hotels, a job that demands exacting standards inside and outside of the kitchen. Not afraid to speak his mind, he describes his pert opinions as honesty but you'd be forgiven for thinking him opinionated.

Having spent the week snooping around his rivals' rooms hunting for dust the pressure is on for the hotel manager to have every inch of his home spic and span. But it's not just about the cleaning - to win Wendy round he's preparing a traditional Jewish dish of potato cakes called Latkes.

Dressed like James Bond he hopes to win a few points from his all-female competition through some old fashioned Spanish charm. It'll take more than a dicky bow to melt ice maiden Wendy though. "Could you not do you tie up?" she asks a deflated Benito. And after a finger sweep of the bedroom the girls are convinced the hotel manager's standards are slipping.

Wendy's out to give him a grilling and Jane's feeling free with the home truths but as the wine starts to flow it's smiles all round. Can Benito's cuisine help him clean up and win the cash?

Starter

In an attempt to woo Wendy, Benito makes a Jewish starter of latkes and grilled vegetables, with goat's cheese

Main Course

It's sea bass for the main course, served the Spanish way as Lubina al Horno on a bed of potatoes and fennel with homemade tomato sauce

Dessert

Finally to finish it's almond and pear tart with homemade crème anglais ice cream followed by coffee and petit fours.
Unfortunately we can't bring you Benito's version but try this pear and frangipane tart instead.
