Tara is prepared to go the full 12 rounds to bag the cash on Come Dine With Me Dundee
Tara runs a local café and she's bringing all her catering expertise to the table tonight.
"I'm the Arbroath Rocky," says the feisty femme. "I'm in it to win it. I'm a fighter. I'll do anything it takes. I'll do anything they ask me - I'll grovel."
Every good chef knows success in the kitchen is based on thorough preparation and Tara is preparing by taking herself off to the beauty parlour.
"It's like an athlete training up for a marathon," she says, as a masseuse pummels away at her knots.
So much attention on athletic training means Tara's way behind schedule on the actual food element of her dinner party - and will have to cook most of it when her guests arrive. Luckily she has made a mountain of seafood canapés to keep them (and the local seagulls) busy.
To break the ice, Tara asks her guests which celebrity they'd most like to go on holiday with. Jimmy would take Eddie Murphy to a few pubs. Francis would buddy up with Ricky Gervais and Adam plumps for Bruce Willis because he fancies him. In fact, he thinks fellow guest Jimmy looks a bit like Bruce Willis. Firm friendships could blossom in Dundee.

Tara opened with a local speciality of cream of Arbroath smokie soup.

Even the dinner is indulging in Tara's drunken duck with bramble wine and plum brie recipe.

It's pudding, pudding and more pudding with Tara's tantalising trio.
Unfortunately we can't bring you Tara’s trio for copyright reasons, but try these black forest cocktails with jersey cream instead.
