Girlie girl Laura hosts a night of glitz, glamour and plenty of sparkle on Come Dine With Me Dundee
If it's pink or silver or sparkly, Laura will love it. For her dinner party, she's going for a full of frou-frou fest worthy of a Disney princess.
"I think my night will definitely have the 'woo-hoo factor'," she grins.
These Scottish girls sure know how to prepare for a day of concentrated cooking - like rival host, Tara, Laura also starts her prep with a trip to the beauty parlour. Fully primped and preened she's ready to tackle another tasty bird. Chicken.
Time to make pancakes and Laura uses her pink bowl to match her pink nails. So far, she's pleased with the results.
"Look what a match that is," she beams, "it's spot on. I'm very happy with my choice of nail colour."
The bowl is right but unfortunately the recipe is wrong. Laura has forgotten the eggs.
There is a lot of love around Laura's table but nothing is more charming than the blossoming friendship between chalk and cheese duo, Jimmy and Adam. Meanwhile, Francis takes advantage of the bonhomie to tout his paintings to the ever cheerful Laura. If she bags the big bucks, they could both be cashing in.

Laura served her hot smoked Scottish salmon salad in a wine glass for and extra girlie twist.
Unfortunately we can’t bring you this recipe for copyright reasons, but try this smoked salmon on soda bread recipe.

Bring on the sunscreen for a totally tropical dish of Caribbean chicken with rice and baby glazed vegetables.

And for dessert - crèpes Suzette, with sparklers for a truly Laura touch.
Unfortunately we can’t bring you this recipe for copyright reasons, but try this equally delicious version of crèpes Suzette instead.
