Self-confessed perfectionist, Sarah Corbett, believes perfect dinner party presentation starts with the self
"I think image is everything," she trills. And she has more than one reason to look good – she is convinced there's an attraction between herself and soon to be father of two, Darren. She's got her work cut out, however, as in Darren's words: "She bugs me to death."
Sarah's considered a dark horse by her hosting rivals – well, either that or bland and dull. She has complained all week that the portions are too large so let’s hope the guests get to eat more than nibbles.
"Everything I do I want to be just right," explains the ice queen, and that starts with her make up. After preening herself in the mirror she sets to work on the table and after a bit of napkin feng shui she's feeling confident about her dinner table display.
Sarah certainly looks perfect and her house looks the part but what about her potatoes? After being left ready-cut in the fridge they gone decidedly brown and grainy – not the image she was going for.
Can her immaculate image win her a few points or will the image conscious perfectionist lose the lot on a plate of grey rosti?

On arrival Sarah's guests were treated to homemade dips, crunchy vegetable batons and grissini bread sticks. For starters she served smoked mackerel and spicy mushroom pate in a smoked salmon roulade, with warm French toast.

Sarah opted for a traditional main course of roasted wild guinea fowl, on a bed of red cabbage and potato rosti, with a cream and white wine sauce and a selection of broccoli and honeyed carrots.

To round things off Sarah offered a choice of vanilla panacotta served with a Kirsch coulis and berry fruit, or an Irish cream liqueur version on a dark chocolate scatter.
