Fitness fanatic Darren Frame is soon to be a father of two and he's used to sharing the attention but after three nights of not getting a word in edgeways he's eager to have his voice heard
Darren's hoping to inject a bit of fun into his party with a good dose of Mexican flava. And like all good Latino cooks, Darren has opted to take his time with a main course of ten-hour slow cooked ribs. There's slow and then there's incarcerated.
After a day of slow cooking and some ingredient improvisation Darren's dinner is coming on a treat. But how about his prowess as a host? Darren has come under fire for not treating the ladies to tokens of his appreciation in his role as a guest. He's out to make up for that tonight with a gift giving bonanza. Will his gesture be too little too late?
Sarah arrives first in time for some flirty cocktail banter – steady Sarah, think of your image. And it's giggles all round when the other girls arrive. The group have really bonded and even ice maiden Sarah gets emotional as they tuck in to their final starter. Maybe there's too much chilli?
In a last ditch attempt to secure the cash Darren turns on the charm with green gifts all round and handwritten messages for each of the ladies. It's a nice touch but it'll take more than a few flowery words to impress Karen. The cheeky charmer will need to win some points and well as hearts or he can say adios to the £1000 cash prize.

Darren greeted his guests with a choice of cocktails followed by a starter of rich slow cooked chilli with nachos, ciabatta bread and savoury dips.

For his main dish Darren rustled up chicken fajitas alongside ten-hour slow cooked baby-back pork ribs, in a rich and sticky home cooked barbecue sauce, served with vegetable egg fried rice and a crunchy salad.

Finally, for dessert Darren dished up Devon sundae surprise made with shortbread, Devonshire honeycomb and toffee sauce.
Unfortunately we can't bring you Darren's dessert but why not try these chocolate fudge pots instead.
