Cafe owner Clive believes in looking good and pays strict attention to the art of presentation. But it's going to take more than a slick makeover to please these discerning diners.

Clive Page is a cafe owner and self-confessed beauty addict with a passionate aversion to seafood. He believes the key to a successful dinner party is to relax and his plan for party preparation includes a trip to the hairdressers, beauticians and a large glass of wine.

"It doesn’t have to be the best in the world, it's more about how things look," explains Clive. So he spruces up his wine bottles with some sexy stockings.

Clive says he wants gasps and theatre from his guests and he certainly gets them when his vigorous home fire almost sets his diners alight.

And it's fireworks to finish as Clive tries one last push to impress his guests? Will his slick presentation and generous portions be enough to steal the top chef's crown?
