Kenyan born community worker Sarah Hillman is hoping to win the cash for her culinary efforts to donate to an orphanage she supports back home
Sarah's African roots are reflected in her cooking with canapés of battered zebra, followed by a starter of ostrich fillet. But she'll have a hard job drumming up enthusiasm from Adrian who likes his meat served the traditional British way.
Sarah's eaten everything from giraffe to hippo and she's not about to be phased by Adrian's particular palate. In fact nothing worries Sarah, who declares, "There is no room for stress". With her array of beasts prepared, there's just time to slip into some traditional Kenyan garb before her guests arrive.
While the heat is a little much for some, mainly Adrian, the food seems to be going down well and everyone is feeling relaxed. Time to spice things up with some impromptu African dancing then.
Has Sarah pushed her guests too far, or will they be won over by her noble intentions?

Sarah starts her taste of Africa menu with zebra and vegetable canapés made by deep-frying zebra fillet, potatoes, carrots and onions. Unfortunately we cannot bring you Sarah's zebra canapés but try kicking your party off with this battered squid recipe instead.

For starters, Sarah sticks to exotic meat with ostrich steaks, mashed potato and kidney beans. Unfortunately we can't bring you Sarah's ostrich fillet recipe but for a similar taste try Gordon's venison recipe instead.

It's a mild Kenyan coconut beef curry for the main course, served with mikimo - a mixture of sweetcorn and corn flour - and Tuskar beer.

To finish, Sarah serves tropical fruit salad, banana fritters and coconut cream. Unfortunately we can't bring you Sarah's dessert recipe but try this pineapple and passion fruit version instead.
