This week we’re in Belfast and first to cook is housewife, mother and weight watcher Rosemary McLoughlin.
Rosemary is preparing a low fat but high taste menu to prove to four complete strangers that dieting doesn’t have to be dull.
Rosemary’s menu includes such delights as a frozen salad, sin-free rhubarb crumble and a good-for-you gooseberry fool.
She’ll also be using her secret weapon - her trusty old hostess trolley, so she doesn’t miss a moment of the action.
But can Rosemary convince her guests that low fat eating can be delicious? With a room full of foodies, it’s going to be a tall order. And as everyone gets to know each other, rifts in the group already seem to be appearing.
It seems that the conversation round the table might not be intellectual enough for college lecturer Colin and he’s soon getting the cold shoulder. There’s never a dull moment when the dining is competitive.

Frozen Salad
It may sound odd, but don't be fooled
