First up is 30-year-old freelance writer and mum Nicola Noblet. Nicola loves to socialise and has decided that the best way to win over her guests is to ply them with alcohol.

Nicola's cooking does not start well when she realises she has forgotten some vital ingredients - but despite being disorganised with her planning she pulls through with help from her many friends.

Her evening starts well with everyone making an effort to get on. Her starter - an asparagus gazpacho goes down well, her main course is not as popular but the most unpopular part of her evening turns out to be her live entertainment. Will Nicola be able to salvage her evening with her dessert?
