Extrovert housing officer Susan Bicknell, from Come Dine With Me Manchester, has a lot of energy and admits she "can do people's heads in sometimes". She doesn't mind opinions but doesn't want to join any opinion parties - whatever they are. Right you are, Susan.
She's going for a relaxed approach to cooking, describing her style as "bish, bosh and bang". Not scared to knock back a glass of wine or four, Susan's looseness with the booze has not impressed rival diner, Stuart. Will she be able to keep a lid on it tonight?
Going for a Greek theme in honour of her favourite holiday hotspot, Susan wants to make everybody feel like they're having fun. Unfortunately, she's never hosted a formal party before and is serving up a starter she's cooking for the first time.
Susan admits time-keeping is not her strong point and her hangover's not helping things, either. Having popped the vine leaves on to simmer, she promptly forgets about them until half of them are burnt. Time to slim down the portions.
On to the main… and guess what? She's burnt the moussaka. Will somebody just buy this lady a watch? Can her bubbly personality win her some votes? Her guests are being polite but the proof is in the points.

Susan served stuffed vine leaves for her Greek starter. Unfortunately we can't bring you Susan's recipe.

Staying with the Greek theme, Susan served a classic moussaka for main.

To finish Susan served honey-glazed roasted figs with almonds and brandy ice cream.
