It’s the penultimate day of the culinary competition in Swansea. And today it’s the turn of 42 year old first class air hostess Karen Perry, who is hoping that her stylish salmon bake with chilli, lime and ginger will see her flying off with that £1000 first prize.
Tonight Karen intends to draw upon all of her first class experience to win over the group, but will it be enough for Swansea’s most outspoken food critic Ernest?
The night starts well, but this doesn’t last long as Ernest reveals his true colours… guest from hell. First he criticizes the starter and then the main course. And slowly but surely the cracks in Karen’s first class smile start to show… there is only so much criticism a girl can take.
To her rescue comes Sue, who stops him dead in his tracks as she confronts him about his dinner table etiquette. But has Ernest spoilt Karen’s chances of winning?
