It’s the turn of posh vet Edward Davies who believes in buying his food as locally as possible, picking up his lamb for his starter from a local farmer and catching the trout for his main course at a local fish farm.
Aware that he is one to panic he’s trying to have a stress-free day by choosing recipes that are straightforward. He’s so confident about his timings he even adds in a savoury cheesecake appetiser. But as the time flies by and Edward is faced with a huge and very bony trout, his panic levels being to rise.
He’s gone from Doctor Do Little to Doctor Do A Lot, but will the other guests be as impressed with his locally-bought produce as Edward seems to be?
