Sporty singleton, Suzie, has some secrets up her sleeve for her Come Dine With Me Birmingham guests
Demure divorcee, Suzie, is looking for love. Sadly, this week hasn't thrown up any Romeos. Still, onwards and upwards. A cool £1000 cash might help cheer a lonely heart. Suzie certainly thinks so.
"I've got an inner belief that it's just going to be fantastic on my night," she gushes.
Scatterbrain Suzie's been coming out with all sorts this week, claiming to be a poodle and turning her hand to some dipsy dinner table astrology, so it's fair to say her guests aren't expecting too much from this evening's dinner. But Suzy might surprise them. Her accomplished menu suggests she's more of a cook than she let on.
Her nosy guests soon discover more skeletons in Suzie's cupboard, exposing her former life as a wannabe Tory MP. They think Suzie's a dark horse, but back in the kitchen, the scatterbrain is in full swing. She's confused her ingredients, overcooked the lamb and failed to get in enough booze for her guzzling guests. She'd better calls for supplies, before the diners get nasty.

Using herbs from her own garden, Suzie knocked up some monkfish on rosemary skewers with lime and lemon marinade.

Suzie's guests are treated to seasonal and fresh as a daisy baked spring lamb with coriander, red wine and redcurrant sauce served with mashed potato sauce and carrot and bean parcels. Unfortunately we can’t bring you Suzie's lamb, but try these spicy lamb steaks with coconut and broad bean rice instead.

To finish, it's a 'French set' clotted crème brulée with raspberries. Unfortunately we can’t bring you Suzie's brulée, but try this mango and cardamom brulée instead.
