Flying the flag for Birmingham on night three is garage manager, Amanda Kelman
Amanda doesn't suffer fools gladly and after the chaos of the first two nights, she reckons she's in with a chance at the prize fund. Cool, calm, collected, Amanda's recipe for success means giving her guests whatever their hearts desire. And if it all goes wrong - there's always the Chinese takeaway.
Amanda's knocked up a butterlicous menu, but how will super-waif Suzie feel about tonight's sod-the-diet dinner? At the rate she's getting through the wine, perhaps she won't notice.
For the first time this week, the guests eat at a decent hour. But surprise, surprise; Wayne's not keen. He thinks there's too much mash. Too much mash, cold plates, you'd think he was paying for dinner.
Never mind, Amanda's keeping her guests relaxed with plenty of wine and the atmosphere is certainly relaxed. Maybe too relaxed. Well lubricated, the guests take a moment to bitch, er, comment on their new found friends. Nikki's got Ian's back up and Suzie's constant chattering is turning whinging Wayne right off. Oh dear.

Amanda had fun with fungi with her mushroom strudel.
Unfortunately we can't bring you Amanda's recipe but try mushroom tart with smoked cheese.

There were second helpings of the hot stuff as the guests tucked into rack of lamb with sauvignon sauce on a bed of mustard mash with root vegetables in honey and green beans.

I'll have what she's having. Amanda's homemade cheesecake with raspberry coulis had her guests moaning like Meg Ryan.
Unfortunately we can't bring you Amanda's recipe but try Hugh's cheesecake with damson sauce recipe.
