Ronnie is a PR for a successful Bristol catering company - so who better to get tips from than the chef at work. Ronnie's not a PR by accident: her silver-tongue means she's even talked him into cooking the celeriac rostis to accompany her beef tournedos

However, she's pretending the rostis are all her own work: although not before she has to make a frantic phone call to chef to find out how the dish is made to ensure she can bluff her way through the recipe.

To keep her guests from asking too many questions, she's decided to ply them with copious amounts of booze.
