
Half-Spanish Rachel Hodgson goes back to her Mediterranean roots to cook up a tapas feast
She's decided to do a dozen dishes - but it's not long before things aren't looking too sweet for our senorita. The prawns won't defrost in time and the table's not laid.
Mid-way through it all the fire alarm goes off - but laid-back Rachel doesn't ever let things get to her, and amazingly virtually everything is finished by the time her guests arrive. So will it be a Spanish triumph for Rachel's tapas?

Fingers at the ready. Rachel rolled out a Spanish tapas feast served with ensalada de aguacates (green salad with avocados), tortilla (Spanish omelette), croquettas (cheese and ham bites) and empanadillas (small patties).
