Glamorous gran Jacqueline Gill takes her turn on Thursday. She's going back to her Caribbean roots for her menu, using unwritten favourite family recipes including salt fish fritters and curried mutton. Super-confident Jacqueline claims she's memorised all the recipes, but that doesn't stop her forgetting the very first job of the day: soaking the beans for her main course.
