Tommi decides to cook up the clams with some wild herbs and heads out to the fields to do some foraging.
The Galician fields are packed with nutritious salad goodies and Tommi helps herself to an array of wild leaves and herbs growing around the water's edge.
Back at camp she fries up the clams with some garlic and serves them with the wild salad for a delicious al fresco supper
