The journey is at an end and Guy and Tommi head back home.
Tommi has learnt a lot from her time in Spain and picks out the three key elements that typify Spanish cooking; the use of top quality ingredients, gutsy flavours, all made with simple preparation.
Tommi cooks up a Spanish feast of fried sardines and chilli prawns to celebrate her return.
"Spanish cooking is some of the best food in the world," says Tommi.
