13. Baked onions (Image 13 of 16)
Back in England Tommi tries out her Spanish cheese in a baked onion dish.
After stuffing the onions with garlic and sprinkling with sherry and vinegar, Tommi bakes them in the onion with thyme before adding pine nuts, cured ham and blue cheese.
