12. A Spanish ploughmans (Image 12 of 16)
After securing some cave-cured cheese Tommi heads back to her mountain hut to make a tasty supper of Spanish pancakes, wild salad and cheese.
"It's a bit like a Spanish ploughmans," says Guy.
The cheese packs a surprising punch that's almost too much for Guy to handle.
"In the wrong hands this cheese would be a lethal weapon," he coughs.
