The boar is a great get for Guy. Proud of his kill, he takes it to a local farm to be gutted by local boar expert - Enrique.
Then Tommi takes the huge carcass to a local butcher who helps her get the most from the meat.
Getting to cook with an animal this fresh is wonderful for Tommi.
"I'm a cook so I'm interested in the eating quality of the meat. I know this animal lived its life eating delicious food. It had no stress when it was killed so the meat will be relaxed. Nothing will prevent this meat from being as good as it possibly can be."
