According to Tommi, Spain is the undiscovered culinary gem of Europe. She's on a mission to show us what we're missing and give Spanish cooking the credit it deserves.
For the second leg of her journey Tommi visits the vast plains of central Spain in the region known as Castille.
Castille is the bean capital of Spain and the hunting ground of Europe, rich in game for Tommi's travelling partner, Guy, to test his hunting skills on.
Tommi will be cooking her way around the region using its famous cheese, saffron, beans and meat to inspire her recipes.
