The next leg of Tommi's food pilgrimage takes her off to try the world's finest ham.

Huelva is the ham capital of world. The region's chilly climate makes it ideal for curing meat.

In the beautiful Spanish countryside Tommi and Guy find the regional speciality - the black Iberico pig. The lucky hogs spend their days eating acorns. Once they are fattened up, they will make melt in the mouth ham.
