Back home, Delores' cooking lesson starts in the garage. Here Tommi finds a wooden stove set up, ready to cook paella the old school way.

Regional pride is fierce when it comes to food. Some of the paella recipes followed here are hundreds of years old. They were invented by farming families like Delores', using whatever ingredients were at hand. For Delores, real paella is made with snails and rabbit only.
