First stop on the route is in the region of Almeria. Getting more than 3000 hours of sunshine a year means this region is a food producing hot spot for Spain.

Tommi wants to unearth the secrets behind a classic Spanish dish, paella. She goes to see Delores a farmer who exports some of Spain's tastiest tomatoes around the world. She also cooks a mean paella.
