In her kitchen at home, Tommi takes a semi-cured chorizo to cook with. The natural pork fat in the sausage makes it a great cooking ingredient.

Tommi combines the sweet spiciness of chorizo with the sweet acidity watermelon to make a gorgeous simple salad, served with crunchy garlic infused bread.
