Every village has different recipes for sausages varying from spicy blood sausage to the slightly pickled white sausage and the hearty orange chorizo.

As Tommi quickly realises, when it comes to regional cooking, experience counts. Any variation on the traditional recipe is severely frowned upon. As three cooks debate how much hot pimenton should be used in chorizo, Tommi finds herself in the middle of a 'sausage war'.
