While Guy and the men do the macho butchering job (with a few bottles of beer to help them along), Tommi joins the women doing the dirty work. This includes cleaning out the pig's intestines to use as sausage skins.
The women will spend two days making all the various sausages to see the families through the winter. And if that means tasting a raw meat, blood and fat mixture to make sure the seasoning is right, so be it.
