Sam Avery tried his hand at the ever-popular elderflower Champagne recipe from 4Food’s Hugh Fearnley Whittingstall.
Sam set out his ingredients: 4 litres hot water, 700g sugar, the juice and zest of 4 lemons, 1 tbsp white wine vinegar and about 15 elderflower heads, in full bloom.
