Now it's time to boil the jam. First, run a wooden spoon around the corner and bottom of the pan, to make sure all the sugar has dissolved. Turn up the heat to medium and bring the jam to a gentle rolling boil. Set your timer and cook the jam for 4-5 minutes, then take it off the heat.
