Lightly oil a clean bowl, place the dough in the bottom, rub the surface of the dough with oil and cover with a clean damp cloth.

Put the dough in a warm place and leave to rise.

alot of your recipes sound really good - but you tend to put some ingredients in metric terms instead of the american term - such as 225g of flour - how many cups is that? I noticed the same thing in your smoked haddock chowder. How do we get a conversion?

I actualy dont like this website because it doesnt tell me how to make pizza in a video,also its not shown in the proffessional italian way!!!!! I am actually quite narked off about this so please change your ways for the sake of me and other people like me.
