This original Bath outpost has a sister restaurant in Bristol, both offering a Californian take on American cuisine. With a wood-fired pizza oven and rotisserie chicken a real strength, this is approachable Pacific Rim fusion food with heavier burgers put on the culinary back-burner. Surf and turf is a strength, but expect diverse offerings including Chinese chicken, duck confit and sea bass with pesto - this eclectic mix being typical of the West Coast’s varied influences, the focus being on flavour and provenance.
