With just two in London, the original in Fulham and this popular outpost in Covent Garden, no wonder the place is so busy. Decor is industrial chic with exposed brickwork and quirky teardrop lighting. One part restaurant to two parts buzzing American brasserie, there’s a great atmosphere here – right on through to 1am (incredibly, the kitchen is open until 12:45am). Stateside cocktails are a must-try, ably supported by a good wine list. On the menu, the full gamut of excellent steaks and seafood with higher-end pricing.
