The Otter Brewery - Otter Head Beer
A feast for the eyes as well as the taste buds, Otter Head beer wowed the judges with its sweet malty flavour and pleasantly bittersweet aftertaste. Mark Hix liked it so much he wasted no time getting it on the menu at his new oyster and fish restaurant.
"We're over the moon," says Patrick McCaig. "It's particularly sweet because at the moment, all the focus is on what's bad with the brewing industry. We're planning to crack the States next. We're taking the medal to America."
