Seen by many as the poor man's prawn, shrimps have a delicious, delicate flavour that's enjoyed across the country, from Blackpool to Bognor.
However, the brown shrimps of Lancaster have received the most fame having been netted, potted and enjoyed fresh from the treacherous coastline of Morecambe Bay for hundreds of years.
