Kiwi James Phillips owns Dose, a small, ethical, artisan espresso bar right next to London’s Smithfield Market where it's all about the coffee. He says: "Latte art is like a beautifully presented meal, it raises expectations. But it needs to taste as good as it looks or the end result is disappointment."
