The land of the Pharaohs is famed for its architectural phenomena but its gastronomic delights are almost as impressive. Inspired by Greek, Turkish and Lebanese cuisine expect fresh and fragrant salads and bountiful bean cuisine alongside spit-roasted lamb dishes. Keep it simple but authentic back in Britain with these crispy dukka flatbreads and herbed houmous.
