Rice wine works well when cooking, and unsurprisingly, tastes great with Thai, Chinese and Japanese dishes. But be warned: typically boasting a higher alcohol content, it's best used in moderation – it's not easy wielding chopsticks when you've had a few.
Practise your aim with this chicken, soy and honey parcels with water chestnut rice recipe. They taste delicious and they're easy to grab.
