You don't have to be Oliver Reed to booze over breakfast, though it is perhaps best to steer clear of the gin. As a rule, brandy on porridge is a step too far but a little drop in a creamy cheese sauce will definitely add sparkle to French-style brunch.
Start the day with a smile on your face with these pancetta, brie and mushroom croissants. But probably best to leave the bike at home.
