I watch Gordon Ramsey all the time in Las Vegas. I am 70 and love to cook. Now, only for friends as my husband passed away 4 years ago. I find it very hard converting the measures of the ingredients. I have lived here 36 years but, i am still ENGLISH. would love to get some of them converted to ounces and lbs etc.,. Thanks Gordon, love your shows. Jeannie Rains.
