Why would you eat that? Because it's really posh. At £80 per kilo, you're unlikely to get rattlesnake or python on a '3 for 2' down your local supermarket but if you really want to impress someone, this is your meat.
What does it taste like? Snake meat is mild flavoured, similar to shark steak, with the appearance and texture of fish fillets.
How should I cook it? To make the most of your pricey meat, wet-cook it in a stew, or braise in the oven with a citrus based sauce.
