Why would you eat that? Turn the tables on the death-rolling reptile. Crocodile is a low cholesterol meat and exceedingly tender.
What does it taste like? "I'm not saying it's watery, but you know it's been in water," says Paul. Crocodile's a white meat, with a texture similar to a pork chop.
How should I cook it? Croc meat has a very mild flavour so it needs a punchy sauce. Start with a classic white sauce and add flavour - Paul suggests a Malibu and coconut combo.
