Earlier this year, 500 judges scoffed, sipped and slurped their way through thousands of food products at the Great Taste Awards. Now we have three hampers, packed with the winning products, up for grabs for your delectation.

The Great Taste Awards is an annual event which has, over 16 years, become the independent benchmark for speciality food and drink - the equivalent of a Michelin star. In 2009, out of 4,873 products, just 83 three-star golds were given out nationally.

Each hamper contains a selection of three-star gold winners including; Swaledale blue cheese, Camembert from the Cornish Country Larder and Dickinson and Morris mini pork pies. Sweet teeth can indulge in Fudge's dipped stem ginger biscuits, demerara shortbread from Nevis Bakery, sticky chocolate pudding with rich Belgian chocolate sauce from Anne's Patisserie, More? The Artisan Bakery's gluten free brownies and Sir Hans Sloane's dark chocolate hazelnut pralines.

And there's more, to make sure everything slips down right, the hamper comes with some cheeky little tipples including; a bottle of Jack Ratt Scrumpy from Lyme Bay winery, ginger wine from Gran Stead, a bottle of Cain O'Mohr's sparkling strawberry wine and two miniature bottles of Bramley & Gage's organic sloe gin.

The Great Taste Awards are organised by the Guild of Fine Food, the UK trade association for anyone making or selling top quality local, regional and speciality food and drink. It has over 1,300 members including delicatessens, fine food halls and farm shops, speciality food producers, importers and distributors of fine foods from around the world and suppliers of equipment and services to support the fine food sector.

1. All correct entries will be used, the winners will be chosen at random by Channel 4. 2. The competition opens on 08/10/2009 at 13:00. 3. The closing date for entries is midnight on 09/11/2009. 4. The 3 winners of this competition will be selected at random after this time and will be contacted by email within two weeks. 5. Winners will have seven days to respond after notification that they have won, after which time an alternative winner may be chosen at random. 6. The prizes are 3 x hamper baskets each containing 1 litre bottle Jack Ratt Scrumpy from Lyme Bay winery; 1 x 200 gram pack demerara shortbread from Nevis Bakery; 1 x 75cl bottle Ginger Wine from Gran Stead; 1 x 220g pack Swaledale blue cheese from the Swaledale cheese co; 1 x 75cl bottle Cain O'Mohr sparkling strawberry wine from Cairn O’ Mohr Country Wines Ltd; 1 x 200g pack dipped stem ginger biscuits from Fudge's; 1 x 280g sticky chocolate pudding with rich Belgian chocolate sauce from Anne's Patisserie ltd; 1 x 200g Camembert (pasteurised) from Cornish Country Larder ltd; 1 x box Gluten Free Muddee brownies from More? The Artisan Bakery; 2 x 5cl minature bottles of Organic sloe gin from Bramley & Gage ltd; 2 x gift box of dark chocolate hazelnut praline from Sir Hans Sloane chocolate and 1 x 300g pack of six mini pork pies from Dickinson and Morris. 7. Delivery to take place on a mutually agreed date. 8. Entry is online via this competition form only. 9. You can enter as many times as you like but multiple entries will only be counted as one. 10. The competition is open to UK residents aged over 18 years only. Winners are required to provide proof of age for competition prizes that include alcohol. 11.
