"I had the gourmand menu there which was, you know, a different eating experience! Putting things in your mouth and it actually doing things to your mouth you're not used to feeling. I really understood 'fine dining' for the first time. I had the courgette flower stuffed with truffle mousse, and it was absolutely orgasmic. Just a different food experience.
