Andrew eats his greens
Tony Eades is a forth generation greengrocer who not only sells his veg but grows lots of it too. Tony has become something of a local institution and his home grown purple sprouting broccoli soon had Andrew’s eyes alight. It’s the people like Tony who make Andrew’s trip worthwhile - great British producers vital to the day to day running of the local community.
Three weeks into Andrew's great British food quest and it was time to head to Wales. With just enough time to have one for the road Andrew stopped at the Somerset levels to try a traditional local tipple – cider with brandy. The Welsh have a lot to live up to.
