The daughter of Werner Herzog collaborator Klaus Kinski was born in Berlin in 1959. As a saucy, youthful nymphet she perhaps inevitably attracted the attention of Roman Polanski, who cast her in Tess in 1980. She later moved on to Jean-Jacques Beineix, who directed her in 1983's Moon In The Gutter - when she had a son the following year, Beineix was one of eight men suspected of being the father. Fans of her sensual good looks may like to check her out in the 1976 Hammer flick, To The Devil A Daughter - although recently she has re-established herself with eminently respectable performances in One Night Stand and Neil LaBute's Your Friends And Neighbors.
