Best known for playing strong seductive women on the big screen, Amanda Donohoe got her big movie break alongside Oliver Reed in Castaway in 1987. A graduate of London's Central School Of Speech And Drama, Donohoe took a small role in Foreign Body in 1986, before Castaway got her noticed. Her next role was a crazy vampiress in Ken Russell's insane Liar Of The White Worm in 1988, alongside Hugh Grant. After the forgettable The Rainbow, Donohoe starred as a nurse in the taut British thriller Paper Mask in 1990. She has since become more famous for her TV roles, including a two-season stint in LA Law.
