The Truth About Charlie: Remaking an old movie isn't necessarily a bad thing. The spiffy new versions of The Thomas Crown Affair and Ocean's 11 proved that, in theory, you've as much chance of coming up with a winner with a remake as you do with something original. Which just makes the fact that The Truth About Charlie is such a dismal failure even more depressing...
