Spy Kids: Directors be warned: the danger with desperately trying to make a kiddie film that everyone will like is that you could end up with something that no one will like. For every Toy Story there are mushy compromises like Titan AE, for every Home Alone there's a sickly Inspector Gadget. Spy Kids doesn't quite mix and match itself into oblivion, but it's a close run thing at times.....
